TEEN YOGA PROGRAMS

Shoreline CT Yoga + Wellness is dedicated to empower teens with yoga to promote mental and physical health. We can provide yoga at your school or you can come to our studio. Our vision is to make yoga available to all teens so that students can have the tools to manage their stress for their overall wellbeing. Teen years are a critical time for cognitive and emotional development. Learning self-care tools in adolescence develops a brain that is hardwired to help teens manage stress more effectively throughout their lives. We offer a 4-week program or a 6-week program at a time that best supports your schedule. Please continue to scroll down to learn more.
