TYPES OF CORPORATE CLASSES OFFERED
Yoga Fitness Classes 4 or 6 week series
Tone your body in this dynamic workout that is designed to sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga postures with weights and balls. This class is great for the mind and body, building strength, increasing flexibility, reducing stress, and learning proper alignment. Students are encouraged to move through class at their own pace; modifications are offered to intensify or soften the practice. This class is appropriate for students brand new to yoga as well as individuals who have practiced before.
Gentle Yoga Classes 4 or 6 week series
Gentle yoga moves at a slower pace focusing on letting go of stress, stretching, and releasing tension from muscles and joints. Classes focus on relaxation techniques, increasing flexibility, breathing exercises, and a variety of standing, seated, and reclining poses. No yoga experience is required, and modifications are offered. This class is appropriate for students brand new to yoga as well as individuals who have practiced yoga before. Classes are tailored to the students in class.
Moderate Yoga 4 or 6 week series
Building on the all levels yoga class, more advanced postures are offered, poses are held longer and class moves a little faster. Moderate yoga is a great class that strengthens the body and quiets the mind. Classes focus on relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, alignment, and a variety of standing, seated, and reclining poses. Students are encouraged to move through class at their own pace; modifications are offered to intensify or soften class. All students are welcome and encouraged to move through the practice at their own pace. Classes are tailored to the students in class.
Chair Yoga Yoga Fitness Classes 4 or 6 week series
This class teaches students how to incorporate breathing exercises, stretches, and simple poses into their workday to relieve stress and tension, increase energy, and improve overall well-being. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced in a chair or standing using a chair for support to improve flexibility and strengthen muscles. Classes begin with breathing exercises and gentle movement, gradually working into stretches and poses, class ends with a guided relaxation. Chair yoga is perfect for everyone, even those brand new to yoga. Modifications will be offered throughout the class. Students can attend class in business attire, and no yoga mat is needed.

We will customize a class to best fit the needs of your school and students. Shoreline CT Yoga + Wellness can provide a studio space or we can come to your location. All props are included and price options will be reviewed in the complimentary phone consultation.
