Programs and Workshops
Erin Schuster, mother and founder of Shoreline CT Yoga + Wellness is providing over 10 years of of yoga experience to support moms in all stages of motherhood and trimesters of pregnancy. Modifications are always provided to support injuries or special conditions.
These specialized offerings are carefully created to alleviate common pregnancy aches and pains through the healing practice of prenatal yoga. Prenatal fitness can also be layered into the classes to help create balance and strength throughout the pregnancy and for birth. To support moms with their mental wellbeing, relaxing breathing techniques and meditation are offered that can be tools for stress relief and relaxation. In some of the classes and workshops, optional sharing is available for moms to create a connection with others and build a supportive community.

Types of Programs and Workshops Offered
Prenatal Yoga 4 or 6 Week Program
Prenatal Yoga moves at a slower pace focusing on letting go of stress, stretching, and releasing tension from muscles and joints. Classes focus on relaxation techniques, increasing flexibility, breathing exercises, and a variety of standing, seated, and reclining poses. This class is appropriate for moms brand new to yoga as well as individuals who have practiced yoga before. Classes are tailored to the moms in class and modifications are offered for all levels.
Prenatal Fitness 4 or 6 Week Program
Prenatal Fitness can provide both physical and mental benefits, including increased strength and balance on the physical side and enhanced focus in the mental arena. Prenatal Fitness allows moms to become more aware of what's happening in the body so that they can best prepare for both the pregnancy and birth. Classes are tailored to the moms in class and modifications are offered for all levels.

Movement, Meditation, & Motherhood Workshop
Mothers of all ages and stages — new moms, empty nesters, birthing parents, and those who are ready to become mothers — come together to explore the sacred path of motherhood. In this workshop you will experience:
Gentle Yoga (beginners friendly + safe for all trimesters)
Relaxing Breathing Techniques + Meditation
Crystal Healing (with your own crystal gift)
Journaling + Optional Sharing

We will customize a class to best fit the needs of your location and moms. Shoreline CT Yoga + Wellness can provide a studio space in Clinton or Guilford or we can come to your location. All props are included and price options will be reviewed in the complimentary phone consultation.
